Good third session. I don't think you can ever be 'ready' for expert witness work entirely, there is always a curve ball somewhere. But being able to practice in a safe space ... albeit a very demanding way ... I think it prepares you for many of the scenarios. I liked the 'dress rehearsal' in the morning actually, that was very good. I generally don't do very well on 'first goes', so being able to reflect on some (obvious points on reflection), was helpful. The discussion in pairs was also great as it really pulled into focus the ease in which we all speak in professional jargon without meaning to be exclusive and discuss nuanced issues such as bias.
I feel significantly more prepared going forwards to attend court and face cross examination.

Great day. I have found this series of courses very empowering. They already helped when I had to go to court and was cross-examined. This is excellent for your preparation.

I would recommend it to any professional who is already an expert witness or plan on doing so.
All the modules so far have been very interesting, wish I had done it earlier.
