Fay was great. Very comforting so that anxieties were alleviated. Fay was enthusiastic showing love for the role - which made me excited about the course. All questions were invited and answered and she stuck to all her timings which is always a bonus. There were no surprises, she told us what she wanted from us and did not deviate. Brilliant.
Very good and thoroughly appropriate for my learning
very useful interactive course as usual with Nick I had lots of unexpected events on the day and he was very accommodating. Only issue is I was not aware there was an assessment at the end of the course, I hope I did well
A really useful course. It makes the idea of having to potentially give evidence in court feel less overwhelming now, with far more idea of what would be expected of me.
