excellent course with lots to learn. The content was well-structured, and the presentation style was clear, engaging, and professional. The course was well-organised, and the way the information was delivered made complex topics easier to understand I believe it would be even more beneficial if it were extended over two days, to allow more time to absorb and discuss the material in greater depth. Overall, a very valuable and well-run course. thanks

I enjoyed the day and it was valuable. I am doing this as part of CUBS, so some of the subject area was familiar, but it is always useful to have an update.

The course was really interesting and made us think as a group about how we write reports, advice letters etc. Discussing actual examples of work we had produced allowed us to understand how these written pieces could be improved, which will be useful for future writing tasks. It would be helpful to have a summary at the end of all the points that we discussed and the top things we need to consider when writing reports etc going forward. I haven't received the course materials as yet, so can't comment on them - they may include the summary I mention above.
