Really good day today. Very informative and had healthy deep discussion which I appreciated. Learned more about statistics, how language can sometimes cause more stigma even as a professional and the types of suicide which was important for me to know. Lots of personal learning and things I can take from this. I feel more confident in delivering this training now but do feel the other few days will support me with understanding this more to better my Practice and make me a better trainer.
Very informative content with a lot of food for thought. Encouraging and empowering.
This course has taught me skills to help someone in need.
