I feel more confident now to approach CYP. Especially liked "notice what you noticed". The course really makes me reflect on the everyday conversations with CYP and the difficulties they might go through.

This was truly amazing training, engaging, informative, and delivered with a level of sensitivity and clarity that made a challenging subject feel manageable and deeply meaningful. This training is incredibly important and, in my view, should be mandatory for all frontline workers, as it provides vital knowledge and practical tools to recognise and respond to people at risk of suicide. I will be signing up for the RSPH assignment.
