I found the course we had today with George was very professional and we learnt new ways and skills to help manage customer complaints. The amount of useful information used I found to be very effective and I will use them in my practice. Overall it was an outstanding course.

I believe the course was insightful and interesting. Only thing to note: would be I would have found interesting how to handle certain ‘complaints’ examples - and how to handle or deal with them (the language to use)

Some information within the presentation could be altered to better balance the course e.g. Showing negative and positive sides to situations.
