thanks to my teacher Victoria for making me develop an understanding about the knowledge i have gained through out the course, Victoria was well prepared and well organised which help me a lot to complete my tasks, Victoria was very helpful and very patient which helped focus and gain great understanding get better knowledge

By the end of the session, participants have a deeper understanding of the role of effective communication in caregiving. They are equipped with practical tools and techniques to improve their interactions with colleagues, patients, and their families.
