i enjoy my sessions and learning more .Angela is very helpful if i don’t understand certain things .

Everything is going well.. our trainer is very knowledgable.. explains everything..

My overall comments were that I learnt a lot ,enjoyed the zoom meeting and the tutor explained in a way I could understand. There is not much to improve because The help was outstanding and they were very kind .

By the end of the session, participants have a deeper understanding of the role of effective communication in caregiving. They are equipped with practical tools and techniques to improve their interactions with colleagues, patients, and their families. This not only enhances the quality of care provided but also contributes to a more positive and supportive work environment.

Lovely to have a group session and hear others opinion and be able to discuss as much as is possible over teams . Reiterated how the 6Cs impact on all of the work done in a care role and the cross referencing that can be done .

I have had great enjoyment with this course.
