Angela was so helpful throughout the course and made feel comfortable throughout. She was understanding and adapted around me if there was any struggle or work complications that interfered. Angela had full knowledge on the subject she was delivering to me and this was clear which made me a lot more at ease. Angela makes it a priority to check in on welfare throughout the course and makes it known she is there for support whenever I need. I am very grateful the support and time she has put in.

overall I had a very good trainer Jayne which i would highly recommend, she was really patient and helpful throughout the course and really increased my knowledge overall to achieve my diploma.
