Learnt a lot about communication and different ways to communicate and the importance of communication

The facilitator is very experienced and competent, and the course materials are well-researched and information-packed. The virtual delivery mode was very effective. The section was quite interactive and provided a platform to cross-ventilate ideas from colleagues in various areas of the care sector. A big thanks to the Realise team!
