Wonderful trainer, unique approach to the training course, excellent task division

Rachel is a fantastic trainer, it was a really interesting course.

Rachael was very engaging throughout, she facilitated a lot of discussion which was really useful in anchoring new concepts and reassuring to know the stuff was sinking in! She was very accommodating with very varied viewpoints. The course could be a little dry in places and she made it easy to digest. The activities were challenging at times - especially at the end (I think with most courses the last day you 'just want to get the exam over with!' I feel that this course was pitched at the right level for me. This is really important as a higer course (due to my lack of experience in the field) would have been too much.

James is a superb trainer! He is very knowledgeable and shares stories that give context and bring the learning to life. The IEMA Foundation is a great course for better understanding sustainability and environmental management - time well spent.

The course was insightful and full of content. James was a great person to deliver the course as I feel he brought the right knowledge & experience when delivering. James wasn't scared to give his opinion & always offered support and asked if the topic area was covered with any questions being answered too. There was a good variety of people in the group too from different business area's which I felt gave me an insight into what others are encountering.
