The training was really useful and made us understand how we can be more productive by better managing our tasks/meetings/emails. I also found it really engaging. Racheal divided the training into little sections. She alternated presentations with group activities and was able to make us all participate and share our opinions.

It was a great session, good refresher on some points for me and picked up good tips to take forward and use and also adapt how my team work.

Really good course - lots of different activities, group size was good. Covered quite a few different topics, including ones I hadn't thought about, e.g. learning styles. Would have been good to cover topics such as unconscious bias in a little more depth.

I was added to the workshop list very late and not given much information. So I couldn't say whether it met or didn't meet my expectations. However I found dialogue was healthy and it was easy to participate as an active listener

I really enjoyed it. I think maybe a full day online is hard work but that's the nature of zoom. However, I thought the timings worked well and I found my questions being answered. I thought the approach of giving a little information and then allowing the group to find it's way was really good and helped me learn!

i learned a lot from the session and have now got a lot of tools and tricks to implement into my work day

I felt this 2.5 hours provided a good balance of discussion & sharing with colleagues, input, approaches & models to try out, and an informal atmosphere where people felt able to share their thoughts, challenges and ideas.

I wasn't really sure what the course was going to be about It may have been geared more to Middle Management and above, but I did obtain some learns which I hope I can share with Managers on site
