I thought the whole thing was great, super helpful and got us all involved.

Some elements of the course were useful. I just felt that it probably didn't need to be 2 and half hours. I also felt that while sharing experiences is useful, it may have been better spending more time on the solutions.

Jo was lovely, really engaging and great session. Te tips and exercise was great and the 6 foundations I have made a note of and will put these into practice

Great session! I was engaged throughout and really enjoyed the level of involvement and interaction, super accessible but also challenged me to think about the way I work and way and how I might need to take more consideration for different working styles.
