Really useful course, well paced with a structure that maintained interest with breakout sessions, personal self study etc.
As above. Over the year I enjoyed the course and learned a lot. The whole group sessions hearing other people's expereinces are extremely useful so the sucession of break-out rooms today was irritating I feel I did not manage to get appropriate insight into one aspect of the course that was my stated aim in my application (as per prior comment)
I have enjoyed this course and its happy friendly format
Covers a lot of important aspects of leadership that is important for the NHS Allows discussion and sharing of ideas amongst other NHS leaders
Really good - not everything was relevant but that's ok, some areas could have been developed more e.g. resilience was very individually focussed, would have been nice consider it at a team level. Stephen was great, engaging and presented well.
well paced; self learning and small group engagement; good depth of reading material and videos
It was a good course, thorough. Good interaction. , It was good to listen to others along with their ideas and experiences. Also to find out about myself, my strengths and weakness. How to build on my weaknesses>
I liked the way that we were moved around groups in the break out rooms but was conscious that people in different roles had different pressures and responses which sometimes led to not being heard.
Rachael is awesome at what she does and I felt really at ease on the course to speak and be involved. The content was very good, I particularly enjoyed the psychological safety
