Fantastic course, really helped me move through my leadership journey at an easy to follow pace and allowing for ideas to settle and to gain feedback from peers.
it was good to have the time out to think and discuss leadership away from work and hear others experiences.
I liked the way that we were moved around groups in the break out rooms but was conscious that people in different roles had different pressures and responses which sometimes led to not being heard.
It was a good course, thorough. Good interaction. , It was good to listen to others along with their ideas and experiences. Also to find out about myself, my strengths and weakness. How to build on my weaknesses>
I really liked the pace of the learning and the various media used Rachael makes the facilitation seem effortless and enjoyable, and appears genuinely interested in every participant, taking great care to ensure all are a key part of the course
I thoroughly enjoyed the course , i feel more confident in my abilities as a leader , im looking forward to putting all i have learnt into practice to make my teams feel more confident in their abilities and to enjoy their roles, using their best skills and to be the best leader i can . Rachael was an excellent facilitator she helped to retain my interest throughout the 4 days. She was also very perceptive to the challenges I was facing outside of the course. The interactive sessions were excellent. I will happily recommend the course.
