Another fantastic session, ideally would like the course to last much longer , so much covered in such a short space of time.
This is a very informative and interesting course. There was plenty opportunity to discuss ideas and to try them out in practice. It was great to share ideas and learn from each other.
Covers a lot of important aspects of leadership that is important for the NHS Allows discussion and sharing of ideas amongst other NHS leaders
Really good - not everything was relevant but that's ok, some areas could have been developed more e.g. resilience was very individually focussed, would have been nice consider it at a team level. Stephen was great, engaging and presented well.
The course was really rewarding. I looked forward to every session and have noted the benefit of the learning and opportunity to connect with Stephen and wider team in my day to day work.
