After this course, i have more understanding about customer service and more confidence to looking for jobs in this area.

When you send the email on the location please be clear and the name of the location not just the street because I got lost the first day and almost didn’t attend because I was walking around for an hour. Other than that the course was great and super easy to understand, our tutor was exceptional and it felt really engaging.
