Challenging conversations goes far beyond 'breaking bad news'. There are more common and challenging conversations everyday with difficult patients, colleagues etc. These should be discussed

But I feel it should include other scenarios of difficult conversations in medical practice. Angry patient, dissatisfied patient, line manager behaving badly etc Being assertive etc

This training was brilliant, it was a great opportunity to highlight the difficulties we all face when breaking bad news. Karen was very informative and showed real care and compassion towards the work we all do and the impact this has. Karen's delivery of the training was amazing and made the day really valuable. The training made staff feel listened to, valued and understood.

The trainer was exceptional and provided a safe space to discuss our experiences and opened up the conversation to all who attended the session. She allowed everyone to feel comfortable and involved which created a really good learning environment. I found the session to be really beneficial in consolidating what I already knew and provided a time for reflection on my practice. I really can't praise it enough. Thank you
