This was by far the best training day I have ever attended. From start to finish it was delivered in such a way that made it relevant, informative and relatable to what is required in practice. Although there was so much information given throughout the course of the day, the pace at which it was delivered was extremely and expertly timed so as not to make you feel overloaded with facts. Everyone was welcomed warmly, genuinely and was made to feel valued and respected. I would like to say a very big thank you to Karen who was so warm, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. She has such a depth of expertise to the subject she teaches and shares this at a level that her audience understands and appreciates. Thank you for a wonderful day of learning Karen.
