As a delegate of this course I can only speak for myself that the topics covered are very relevant to my role to perform very well as a Healthcare Assistant.

Most of the course was a refresher, but there were new skills learnt like how to use sliding sheets

It is really helpful, it's educative,it's also helps build up the beginners confidence level .

Mary-Ann knew her stuff and even recommended some literature to read on Mental health. Shown new piece of equipment for moving and handling.
