Easy to understand yet very detailed and informative. Instructor was able to answer any questions clearly and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter whilst also making the session engaging and interesting. You can tell he has a passion for the subject matter and this really helps when you are learning things that may be more difficult to remember like legislation. Training was different to others I have been provided in the past in a very positive way. I would definitely recommend to others.

I think the course was well worth it because it help me learn different skills and how to manoeuvre patients tricks which I find helpful and basic information and policies.
