Thoroughly enjoyable day with a very good trainer who made us all feel at ease despite our limitations, I hope I can take forward what I have learned today and make progress in the future

I found the course very enjoyable and learnt parts I didn't know. I would be interseted to see what the homework exercises are as there are aspects of the course which I feel I would like more practise on
