Very informative. Trainer friendly and taught well. Encouraged screen share to help with individual requirements. I did skip the beginner session so I think that held me back more than the actual training.
I struggled hugely at times due to a combination of my lack of knowledge and my lack of two screens (meaning I had to constantly flip between Excel in Citrix and Zoom outside Citrix). Neither of these problems was your fault of course!
Great facilities - a lovely office which is a nice environment to train in. The course was clear and concise and straight to the point which kept me focused on the course content throughout. Adequate breaks throughout which also kept me from switching off. Nice and interactive with the opportunity to ask and answer questions throughout.
Made me feel interest and want to use the functions and that is half the problem.
I really enjoyed the course and I feel that it will be beneficial to me in my real life work! Chris was very easy to approach and very helpful when I was finding the content difficult.
Great course for its time length, not too long or too complex. Would book onto an advanced course if work required it.

Chris was hugely helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured we understood what had been taught before moving on, using the share screen capability to talk us through each part. He was very comprehensive and made sure he explained not only what we were doing, but why - which made understanding the course much easier. I learnt something new within the first five minutes, which instantly engaged me in the course and materials - it was really well done!
It was a great course, exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely be taking on the advanced course in the future and recommending to Excel users.
