Really interesting course. I was fully engaged throughout. A lot to take away for use at work and outside.

Excellent course and fantastic resources. I think I will take a lot from this and hopefully make a positive difference. Points I'd like to raise: Resources such as Hub, Teams and the company intranet are difficult for those working on the infrastructure to access at times. The books are fantastic but a digital copy would be beneficial to have access to on iPads and iPhones. I'm not likely to have access to the book for most of the time. A quick guide/pocket book key points for quick reference would be very handy

Think course could of been a day longer looking deeper into subjects
