Really good. Lots of tools given and now more well equipped to recognise people’s tell tale signs of needing help. Really enjoyed. Well worth giving the time to attend.

After seeing people struggle with mental health and with it becoming a wider issue , the course give me a much better understanding of it and how to deal with it.

Steve was a fantastic trainer, I felt engaged throughout the whole course. I found the course very thought provoking and I have taken away a lot of the information, to not only be able to support my colleagues but also support my friend, family and myself.

Very enjoyable, great team, learnt loads. Would have preferred less on the psychosis as this part is less likely to be encountered but took a large part of the course
