Although, I am not a customer facing member of staff, I found the course really engaging , it certainly gave me the tools and confidence to use some of the techniques discussed in the session, to help customers/ colleagues & people in general, to achieve the best possible results. Thank you Helen for sharing your own experiences, the course was excellent.

This course was absolutely brilliant! One of the best courses I have ever attended. Helen was very passionate and engaging throughout the day. Very informative & I learnt a lot. Well worth attending.

The passion that Helen has is so infectious, it really made me want to learn, share experiences and learn more. I came out the session and asked my manager if i could attend one of Helens full days sessions as i really felt there was so much more we could have learnt had the session been full day.

Helen was fantastic, extremely passionate and knowledgeable from a personal perspective as well as professional. She was very engaging and encouraged participation and although a lot of the material is what I currently use day to day, Helen had an interesting way of seeing things from different and unusual perspectives and gave a lot of food for thought. Really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend more colleagues attend in the future. I also liked the touch of having fidget thingies on the desk.
