Helen was absolutely amazing, she put us all at ease and made sure everyone got their chance to speak and engage in any team discussions. She clearly has lots of knowledge and has given me so much more insight now into customers and also vulnerability in my day to day life. I really enjoyed it and would 10/10 recommend. Helen was brilliant in the way she presented it and the examples she used. I really really enjoyed the course and it was good to have an open discussion on vulnerability and put my ideas forward aswell as hearing others.

This was my first day back to work after an operation and i have been getting tired in the afternoons, but this training course kept my attention completely & I never felt tired, or distracted. I really really enjoyed it and thought Helen was a brilliant host. I enjoyed every aspect. Thank you. I wish she could do all my training ☺️

Helen was very engaging, knowledgeable and clear. The training was very easy to follow and was also fun and creative to really get everyone thinking. I liked that we were split into individual groups so that we could interact with each other and learn about how things work in different areas of the business and seeing things from someone else's point of view. I have learnt a lot from this training that I will take away with me and use everyday, professionally and personally.
