Diane was fantastic throughout the course. She managed to get people energised without using cringey icebreaker tactics and led the course in a way that made people want to get involved and speak honestly. She let the conversation control the flow of each session while weaving the message in and keeping people on topic. Every session started on time and ended on time and was prescriptive to the people and the organisation. The course content was carefully structured to follow a pyramid of behaviours and the overall message was cohesive without each session seeming formulaic or obvious. Would fully recommend this course to anyone.

Diane is very professional and approachable instructor. Lot's of interaction and discussion with groups during the class encourage us self-thinking and deeper understanding of the topics. We were learnt through a positive environment with motivation. The course is very inspirational and I have learnt much through Diane and also from the colleagues.

I found the Leadership programme challenging, rewarding, interesting and really fun and has proved useful both in work and out of work. A very different approach to Leadership training that I have experienced before and one that I think most people will be able to identify with and benefit from.

The administration was very good. Facilities were very poor in comparison to other provision in the area. This lowered the score considerably.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training and coaching, it pushed me outside my comfort zone and although I am not a manager it has helped me look at myself and how I work with others in a more positive way.

The administration was very good, the room was unbearably hot or very cold and if there was full attendance quite claustrophobic. I'm personally not too good in cramped spaces and I know some of the others were uncomfortable. I don't think it was suitable for the amount of people.
