Useful information and more importantly reinforcing that i am using lots of these methods already in ensuring our team meetings are inclusive for all. i may try the sticky notes idea to promote the quieter voices in the team.

The pod cast kept cutting out for some reason which was a shame as I had to revert to the transcript. The content of what I heard, and read was really useful if you are managing a large virtual team but lots of tips such as the 3 C's can be utuliised in small teams too.Response : Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear you had trouble playing the podcast. I recently spoke with one of your colleagues, and we believe it was an issue with your IT system. Hopefully, it's now resolved, and you can access all the resources without any problems. Thanks for your feedback—I'm really glad to hear that you found the transcript useful!
