Very interesting, engaging and interactive training. The manual and modules were informative and easy to navigate. The online training sessions helped with understanding and to consolidate the knowledge from the modules and manual. The facilitators were knowledgable, professional and very engaging. The scenarios and break out room discussions were very helpful too. Learning materials were easily accessible and my certificate is already available. Highly informative course. Only one comment I can make is that the training page occasionally froze. This may have been an internet issue my end, but possibly worth a quick check.
