A very well presented course with a good mixture of videos, discussion and group activities. The instructor, Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and presented the course in an easy to follow and informative manner. I liked the fact that there were modules to complete by ourselves and that these were re-visited and discussed in the webinars.

Thank you. Enjoyed this workshop a lot. Would recommend it to others. Great atmosphere during the session. Patient and understanding instructors. A tiny suggestion for improvement: There are quite a few spelling mistakes on the website, in the modules.

very informative. would love to see this done post covid in a face to face setting. But not sure that people would be so open with their own feeling. I found the section on drug and alcohol very informative regarding the effects some of the drugs have on people. superb video showing the pathway to drug addiction, if its not in every school it should be. And in the words of Ann I now know its ok not to be ok. thanks both very much
