A well constructed programme offering time to reflect, time to discuss, and time to listen and learn. The handbook is very helpful to keep at hand. Also well presented at just the right pace.

Found the course very interesting and informative. Well structured with some great discussions. Would highly recommend.

I enjoyed the course and it made me think about different aspects of mental health. The breakout rooms could have been longer to enable further discussion. Maybe this course should be delivered face to face rather than on Teams as it is alot to take in. Not all of us had the manual to hand to having the hard copy before the session would be useful.

this course was great in helping me be aware of M/H and has provided me with some tools in which to help people in the future.
