I was fortuate to be a part of an inquisitive and enthusiatic group. This was in no small part due to Hannah and Lauren managing to keep everyone engaged throughout both workshops.
Very interesting, engaging and interactive training. The manual and modules were informative and easy to navigate. The online training sessions helped with understanding and to consolidate the knowledge from the modules and manual. The facilitators were knowledgable, professional and very engaging. The scenarios and break out room discussions were very helpful too. Learning materials were easily accessible and my certificate is already available. I have increased confidence and knowledge from completing the training. Many thanks
Very good course and insightful, will definitely put the course to use.
A brilliantly structured and delivered course for like minded attendees who really gelled together. Thank you so much for offering this..
Highly informative course. Only one comment I can make is that the training page occasionally froze. This may have been an internet issue my end, but possibly worth a quick check.
Bobbie did a fantastic job had handling the room, we were all in and also guiding us in the right directions for the best ways to perform ALGEE
Really good course, gives you a good base and discussions help you think of other scenarios you might encounter and how you might deal with them.
has been really useful course. I have learnt a lot and will find the manual really useful going forward. Lots to take in and the modular approach and two online workshops works really well.
