Thank you both for your time and knowledge. The training has strengthened my confidence to discuss and deal with Mental Health first Aid with the young people that I work alongside.

It was a very valuable course

My only negative is that the course is delivered online over TEAMS, I feel it would be much more interactive 'face to face' but that is just a personal preference. Diolch yn fawr

Very well organised, structured and run. Good use of breakout rooms, discussions and tasks.

The course confirmed that the actions I have previously taken and would take again were correct when dealing with someone in distress. The course also educated me on other mental health issues and the group discussions and workshops encouraged me to have confidence in my approach. The course is very informative and covers a wide range of mental health aspects, Leah and Anthony were very good at ensuring that no one found it too overwhelming and made the content engaging. My only negative would be the online content, it looked very much like it should have had a voice over but didn't which led to some confusion. Overall I was really happy to be part of the course and gain my certificate.

Excellent course content and material, delivered to a high standard. The course has improved my Mental Health First Aid knowledge and increased my confidence to support others effectively.

If you do one course this year, this has to be the course. Informative and already seeing the benefits in dealing with school based issues. Ironically, during the training, an event unfolded which was being dealt with by colleagues who had completed the course and where ALGEE was applied. Relevant. Coyrse delivery outstanding. Diolch.

Very informative course with good real life examples and videos to support the theory. The breakout rooms were good.

Very informative without being stuffy- down to earth chatting and not made to feel like you didn’t have a clue! Funny to be cut off in chat rooms- but works to stop us going off on a tangent lol

Steve was excellent and really made this training interesting. He was personable and honest and reaffirmed why I was interested in taking the course in the first place.
