This was a really interesting and useful course, lots of reminders and tips to take away. Emma was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. I did feel my attention waning at points as it was a long time to just listen and put the odd thing in the chat - it could have been more interactive with polls, group discussions etc. Also, I enjoyed the scientific explanations of why sleep is important but it was heavily weighed towards this compared with how to actually improve sleep which is probably the bit most people are interested in so could have spent more time on this. Overall a good course and I would recommend to others.
Emma Treby was so lovely, answered all questions happily and with lots of information. I really enjoyed this session, and I’m really impressed with Emma’s extensive knowledge. The content was very educational and interesting, and it helped that Emma is such a great presenter, as I feel thoroughly informed now. Thank you Emma, I will be sharing this with my colleagues, family and friends!
Really good, would recommend. Good for learning new things about sleep, reminded me of things I had forgotten, and reinforced the need for some things I am already doing with regard to my sleep hygiene and routine (although my routine could definitely be improved). Enough of a balance between scientific knowledge about sleep and the reality of individuals experience of sleep, that it doesn't look like it does 'on the box' so to speak, but that it can be improved with the right tools.
