An enjoyable day, great group of people to share the day with and stay in contact

Been with Compass for 25 years and this has been the best course that i have been on by a mile. I left my house at 03:30am in Ireland to get to the course and i did not feel tired or bored for one minute, i was engaged and alert for the whole course,

I feel that we were very fortunate to have a group that was open to the programmes asks and that we all leaned in. It meant we felt safe very quickly. It had a great mixture of interactivity, focus time, and presentation of information from the trainer.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the team who coached the class, it was really fantastic. I went into the day thinking what on earth have I signed myself up for, especially when we had to speak in front of people, but I came away feeling so at ease and excited for the year ahead. Even just from the first session I feel I have learnt so much that I can already put into practice with my teams. Everyone was so welcoming, it was lovely to feel part of a group who were all so passionate. 

Found the course incredibly interesting gave me lots to think about and gave me many ideas on how to implement the concepts taught into my work life. I thought it was delivered brilliantly

Ann is a great presenter and always manages to get the best out of people and foster interaction and debate amongst all participants (which in my experience from internal and external trainings is quite rare). I found the content really helpful and practical. The discussions we had were really useful and it was great to hear different perspectives & challenges from others who work in very different parts of the business to me & my team
