It was an engaging session with high levels of interaction and taking us out of our comfort zones but also keeping us stimulated.

Really intriguing day which supported the various tools available to support and improve my leadership skillset

The movement and interaction throughout the day was very welcomed, it helped the session flow. I enjoyed listening to different points of view and I realised that I do get nervous when speaking in front of a group of peers and can use the technics discussed in the course to help regulate my nervous system. I also enjoyed the session on the shadow I cast and how unspoken reactions can effect or influence a situation.

It was a fantastic day with great people and lots to learn.

Genuinely the most engaging training conference I’ve ever attended. I walked away from the session with tangible skills I can apply to my role.
