Really great session and facilitator. Every aspect was informative and useful and delivered well in a very interactive way. Verity opened up the room to in depth discussions in a safe way for people to share views, opinions and experiences. My knowledge has definitely improved and it has given me food for thought to take forward in my own leadership and practice.
