I did find the structure a little hard to follow, going through topics that I wasn't sure how to relate to the assignments that I have to do.
Overall a good course and have learnt a lot. Expectations were for more of a workshop style initially but once we settled in to a rhythm we all settled better with the style of course. Good content.
Andrew is very informative and I actually find the course very interesting and engaging. It made me think much more deeper about my role in leadership and a lot more about what i can do to improve as a manager.
Very well facilitated course, Andrew was very knowledgeable and full of stories which help to give context to the material provided and definitely aid the memory too!
