Very interesting course and a real eye opener. Definitely worth completing. The course content felt quite disjointed, with topics jumping between subjects and book references in a way that made it difficult to follow. For example, one unit would focus on EQ and the associated AC, and then the next would introduce a different AC that either closely mimicked or significantly differed from the previous one. This created confusion and disrupted the learning flow. Additionally, the books did not align well with the presentation materials or the structure of the lessons. Their layout and sequencing were often misleading, which resulted in more confusion than the written assignments themselves. To be clear, this is not a reflection on Lynne’s teaching, but rather on the organisation and cohesion of the course materials.
Lots of useful information- personally i'll need to absorbup all the information (post course) and then reflect and adopt. Course flow linked to the AC's could do with reviewing- felt as though we jumped about a bit at times. Workbooks would be useful electronically in order to easily navigate to subject matter
This course has helped me to reevaluate my own leadership style and how I can help my team of managers. Lynne explained everything in a particular way so I could reflect on my own performance.
I found the course hugely relevant to my job. Lynne was great and very engaging. I found the cross over between the two units 519 + 522 difficult to navigate throughout the week. I think a better flow as such would have worked better for me. A huge thanks to Lynne 😊
Course material was very clear and to the point . Andrew put everything I away that it was easy to understand and made the content very relatable.
Andrew is a phenomenal trainer who brings an abundance of knowledge and energy and really helped to make the course interesting and worthwhile. I'd genuinely welcome another opportunity to interact with him again in future.
Andrew delivered the course exceptionally well. His approach was engaging and welcoming, which made the learning environment very comfortable and effective. I would highly recommend him—he is genuinely one of the best trainers I have had. The course itself was excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed it and would absolutely recommend it to colleagues. The content was of a high standard, and the delivery was fantastic throughout. The group dynamic also played a big part in making the experience so enjoyable.
