Emma Treby was very engaging and patient! I really enjoyed this session, found that I kept my focus throughout, unlike some other sessions I've attended. She also spoke about some really useful tools and methods that I'll certainly be trying - in particular the hypnotic music and gratitude journal. Thank you Emma.

Really interesting to get the brain function and the and the "chemicals" - made so much more sense about how we act how we do and what we can do to make a positive change. Excellent course

It was pitched just right, not too simplistic but not too highly theoretical. It was clearly explained and went at a good pace. I was already aware of a lot of the concepts but found it a valuable reminder/refresher and will definitely be more aware of my stress bucket and how to empty it. I wasn’t so aware of the importance of REM sleep in processing and emptying our stress bucket and will find out more about this from the website. I hope to also be able to explain and use the ideas from this in relationships at home and at work. Thank you
