ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Reviews

Opened my mind to different types of management styles and when to use them. Quite a bit of information to take in, but seems doable.

George was very engaging and gave me a lot of insight and extra material i can read at my leisure.

Really enjoyed the tuition from Lynne. Clearly this is an individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience that made the course enjoyable and relatable. I would welcome another training opportunity with Lynne as the instructor.

I would have to change my way of think8ng to apply some of the content within this course but I'm happy I now have the tools to do so
