The order of the material was a little confusing, when we looked at the question criteria I would have liked some space to add notes to the learning outcomes.

Lynne is a great facilitator and I have thoroughly enjoyed her teaching and the course.

Useful content delivered at a good pace. It would be great as in person course.

Matt was a very engaging and helpful trainer, with a thorough understanding of how businesses operate and the structure of organisations. His teaching methods were very helpful too, and he is an asset to TSW

Matt did well to make a dry subject interesting. Too many breaks though.

Too many breaks and could have been completed over a shorter period of time

Pleasant experience, moved quickly but effectively through the course material, was able to apply to real life work scenarios to see how it could help back in the workplace.

Layout of work booklets confusing. Would be good if AC came a detailed in each section so easy to refer to when writing assignments
