Great course and easy to follow, great trainer feedback and support. My only potential improvement is that some of the workbooks don't align with slides being presented. We covered everything, but it's sometimes hard to follow through the workbook.

Lynne is great at explaining and making everything very clear and understandable for everyone. She uses her own personal experience as examples connecting to the people she's teaching.
