Dave was lovely and great. Some really good ideas and hints and tips into thinking about new ways we can approach situations.

The trainer Matt was excellent in his presentation and engaging. He was very helpful in answering questions and reinforcing the learning. He provided explanations which were relatable and effective.

Very useful and informative

My 2nd experience with the same facilitator and I felt this was definitely improved. Good humour, more relaxed in approach and helpful in explaining in different ways if someone wasn't grasping the learning. Worthwhile course, triggers thoughts and options around working practice.
