not what I expected. The interaction certainly kept me on my toes. Sarah made time for everyone and also encouraged people to ask questions and was happy to go off piste when it contributed to the conversation and/or knowledge.

As a newcomer to insurance this provided a very useful high level overview. A massive, complex subject with the usual dizzying array of acronyms and jargon but by sticking to broad areas rather than fine detail the content was accessible and engaging.
