The training was interesting and informative. I particularly enjoyed the history of the insurance market. It may have been just me, but gaining access to the course was difficult - I think that you could suggest that people give themselves time to complete this task in advance of the start time.

The first half was very good but I got a bit lost with the claim process.

I thought the format was very interactive and engaging, this meant I felt like I left the course having learnt a lot, rather than leaving and not knowing anything! Sarah was lively and delivered the content clearly and concisely.

Course was very good, just has a lot of acronyms to remember and follow. A more visual slide with acronyms might help.
