overall a very good introductory session to the Lloyds market, interesting fun facts and interaction. Trainer was very excellent and engaged all participants.

The material was very useful but because we are more than 3 delegates its difficult to ask and negotiate
Response: Thank you for your feedback Fatima. You have had the benefit of attending some of our courses with a much lower delegate number but all our webinars run with a maximum capacity of 10 delegates to allow for interaction and the opportunity to ask questions to the trainer.
