Little bit of repetition in what was presented, and largely covers just a very basic understanding. Some more real life examples of the journey to getting a risked placed would be interesting. Probably spent a bit long going over the same ground. But the presenter was outstanding - clear, polite, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions very well. Her use of the interactive features was very good and kept people engaged, albeit sometimes it went on slightly too long. What was covered was done to a very high standard for someone completely new to insurance, so I would recommend for these people.

Really informative and I enjoyed the fact it was so interactive (even though I was a little daunted by possibility of not knowing the answers!) Sarah was a really great trainer and made us all feel at ease and that no question was out of bounds. Would definitely recommend and I know a lot more about Lloyds and the London market than I did at the start. Thanks!!
