Thanks for the course. Great detail and tools for tackling challenging discussions. Plenty of examples came to mind throughout the course that I will be able to apply. Only scored a 5 on course delivery due to the online delivery. Obviously in person would have been better. Thanks

really interesting and worthwhile course

I found it very useful - it was a good level of interactivity (which is difficult to achieve on MS teams!) and the break out rooms worked well as it is much easier to talk within smaller groups. Richard was a really good teacher for the day.

Richard ran an excellent course, it is one of the best ones I have been on in a long time. He kept it engaging, interactive and extremely informative. I really liked the use of the PollEV and break out rooms.

This was an excellent course and i learnt a lot that i hope to apply to future work. I believe that if i follow some of these models, I will be even more effective. The course ran at a good pace and covered a lot of material in the time available.
